Tourist Spots in Vietnam and Finland

Today I listened to a broadcast "Tourist Spots in Vietnam and Finland". They talked about top tourist spots in the two countries. There are some words I didn't know. I tried to make sentences using these words.

    There are caves in Akiyoshidai which is the largest karst plateau in japan. 

    Fig is seedy fruit.

    He is a versatile performer.

    I am looking for a big couch.

    We finally found the beaten track.

By the way, in the conversation, Anh from Vietnam mentioned backpacking. She said that any other local place far away from tourist destination is the best place. I  can sympathize much with her opinion. The places where not many people leaves and knows are very unique. I like listening to the history and features of the place and stories about their lives from local people I met. Those are very interesting. Of course, I like to go to inhabited places. On a trip, if there is not even local people, I explorer for the story. First of all, such a curiosity drives me to take a trip. Hearing her story, I started really wanting to embark on an adventure.

the Antarctic; A Place Further Than the Universe

     While it is getting cold in Japan, there is a place where short summer has come. At the place the sun creeps on the horizon. It is basically very cold. Sometimes extremely strong blizzard attacks. The place is the Antarctic.      Many people may want to go there once in a lifetime. I also want to do so. Indeed, I want to work there. Different Winters Depend on the Region

     These days it is getting cold. I am in trouble because I don't have so many winter clothes. I want to go to buy a nice jacket in the city.      By the way, it is the first winter that I begin to live in Saijo. Before I came to Saijo, I live in Yokohama. On the Pasific side in Japan, it rarely snows even in the deep of winter. It is not so cold. So I was surprised by the cold in last spring in Saijo. Sometimes People suffer from dryness. It causes rough skin. I always carried a tube of hand cream. On the other hand on the sea of Japan side, it is called heavy snowfall area. Under the influence of wet air from the sea of Japan, it snows 2 –3 meters every year.      Climate is different depend on the region, but What I was surprised is the difference of temperature between Hiroshima city and Saijo. I don't know why, but in Saijo it is colder than Hiroshima city. What is the cause?

a Picture of Cattle

      There are cattle and people playing the cellos in a cow-shed. Cattle are interested in the melody of the cellos. A calf seems to want to listen to the music in front of the band, but many cows are obstructing his path.
